CTI is a member of J.F. Taylor’s team for the Aircraft Prototype Facility. The new APF will further enhance testing capabilities to streamline the pre-production process and elevate NAS Patuxent River’s role in supporting the warfighter.
CTI is a prime contractor on SeaPort with a number of subcontractors. SeaPort is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.
